Still a Magical World! Lionclad of Azikazin Magic World, the creator of an adorable magical realm.

 

We talked to Lionclad, who creates beat music and plays the sampler, about the creative collective ‘Azikazin Magic World,’ which she leads. This group, consisting of members from various fields, creates cute stories under the theme “Still a Magical World.” Inspired by the mixed media expressions they admired since childhood, they created the universe called ‘Magic World Cosmos,’ utilizing games, animations, puppet shows, and more. In this world, the main character Jujubee and various uniquely characterized creatures’ stories unfold. “There is one thing that fascinates everyone on our team. It’s the concerns of those who created the works we watched as children. We believe there is energy in the problems they faced and the solutions they came up with. We wanted to ponder together and put our affection into our creations. Such works always show signs of being loved.”

 

“Our team’s adorable Jujubee and Toto! Rather than making characters that make you say they’re so cute I could die’ at first glance, we wanted to create subtly charming characters that you feel like you’re experiencing and growing with as you watch them. Of course, to my eyes, they are incredibly cute.” “The upcoming stories will focus on ‘Dorephin Village,’ the cliffside village where Jujubee lives, with trash falling to the ground. There, Jujubee and Toto will encounter various strange yet scary everyday occurrences.”
