Celebrating the Release of Crazy DnB! Episode 2 「Soyongdori」 — A Short Conversation with Azikazin Magic World

The second episode of Crazy DnB!, 「Soyongdori」, is now out. Following the release of director Kim Eunho’s animated music video earlier this month, we meet 「Soyongdori」 once again — this time through a live performance by Lionclad and Moogia, set in the Memory Hall.

To celebrate the release, the Azikazin Magic World Editorial Team sat down with Azikazin Magic World for a short conversation. From the video itself to what lies ahead.

The second Crazy DnB! is out. It’s the second episode after 「END!」 — and this time you chose 「Soyongdori」. What was the reason?
Lionclad
「Soyongdori」 is one of the tracks on the album that I personally have a lot of affection for. It’s that feeling of being so overwhelmed by pure, tender emotions that you just run at full speed without knowing what to do. I felt like that feeling and the texture of the music itself would really suit Jujubee’s Memory Hall.

Moogia
Unlike the intense 「END!」 episode, I felt it was the track that could best capture the warmth and quiet loneliness of the Memory Hall. And since so many fans have shown love for 「Soyongdori」, I think that made me want to make a Crazy DnB! with this track even more.

「Soyongdori」 previously had an animated music video by director Kim Eunho. This is essentially the second video for the same track — how did you approach it?
Song Kiho
Director Kim Eunho’s music video had a quiet warmth to it — like crossing from the end of winter into spring. Crazy DnB! carries that sentiment, but since it’s expressed through performance, the direction of the energy is different. Since we’ve captured the same track in two different videos, I hoped fans would enjoy it in their own way.

Editorial Team
Moving on from Crazy DnB!, could we talk a bit about what you’ve been up to lately? How have things been?
Moogia
If last year was all about making 《Memory Overdrive》, these days I’ve been spending my time on bringing it to life through live performance. We’re very grateful to be participating in the Asian Pop Festival at the end of May — it’s our first time at this festival, so I’m both excited and quite nervous.

Lionclad
The surprising thing is we’re also heading to Barcelona in June. We’ve been selected for the Primavera Pro 2026 showcase lineup, and we’ll be performing at the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB). Skrillex and Pink Pantheress are performing on the same day — Moogia and I are both such big fans, so after our set we’ll be heading straight to the crowd.
Editorial Team
Is there anything you’re preparing specially for your first European stage?
Lionclad
Rather than preparing something different, we’re continuously refining our live performance so we can deliver it solidly even on a big stage. I think that will be the show that best represents who we are as a team.

Editorial Team
After Europe, there’s also Tokyo, right?
Moogia
Yes, we had a great time making a successful party with the tsuchifumazu team at Cakeshop in Seoul, and this time we’ll be joining them again in Tokyo in June. Since it’s taking place at Spotify O-East, a large venue in Japan, tsuchifumazu’s VJ set will unfold on a much bigger screen in sync with our music — we’re working hard together to prepare for it.
Lionclad
Since releasing 《Memory Overdrive》, we’ve had a lot more opportunities to meet fans in person compared to last year. Whether it’s concerts or pop-ups, meeting people directly really is something else. I’m glad these moments keep coming.
Editorial Team
I heard you’re also preparing a pop-up to coincide with the Tokyo schedule.
Park Soomin
Yes. This will be our first time hosting a pop-up outside of Korea. We’ll be opening 《Pop-up Play Store in TOKYO》 at a space called Anewface in Shibuya. We have some new collaboration products planned, and right now I’m deep in thought about how to best present everything to an overseas audience.

Editorial Team
Around this time last year, you presented Azikazin Play World at PlayX4. Can we look forward to something this year as well?
Park Soomin
That’s right. We’ll be at 《PlayX4》 at KINTEX again this year, from May 21st to 24th — four days in total. This time, we’ll be presenting a game where players can step directly into the subway space from the 《Memory Overdrive》 visualizer and experience the music in an immersive way.

We’re also working with game planner Jung Jaesoon again, who worked with us on 「Azikazin Play World」. Last year’s Azikazin Play World will also be available to play, so if you haven’t tried it yet, we hope to see you there.

From PlayX4 in May to the Asian Pop Festival, Barcelona, and Tokyo — it sounds like there’s barely a moment to breathe. But the news surrounding 《Memory Overdrive》 will keep on coming. Join us as Azikazin’s story moves through winter and into spring!

Crazy DnB! 「Soyongdori」 is available to watch right now here, and upcoming show schedules can be found here.
